Ahead of his eagerly awaited return to Rupp Arena, famous coach Rick Pitino has made a daring and surprising request of University of Kentucky supporters that has startled the collegiate basketball community.
For the first time in decades, Pitino, who currently coaches the St. John’s Red Storm, will make his comeback to the legendary arena, where he previously guided Kentucky to national notoriety and a 1996 national championship.
