The transfer portal has been accessed by another BYU football player. Koa Eldredge, a wide receiver for BYU, declared his intention to use the transfer portal on Thursday. Born in Hawaii, Eldgredge has played in 16 BYU games in the past two years. Eldredge contributed to BYU’s special teams.
BYU recruited Eldredge to play wide receiver. During his two years with the program, he played wide receiver and safety. On BYU’s spring roster, he was listed as a wide receiver. Eldredge participated in 163 special teams snaps and 4 defensive snaps throughout his two years in the program.
Since the transfer portal opened on Wednesday, Eldredge is the eighth BYU player to use it. Weston Jones, Nuuletau Sellesin, Carson Tujague, Justice Ena, Nathan Hoke, Nason Coleman, and Landon Rehkowโall former BYU playersโjoin him in the gateway.
