NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: This week, Joy Behar sparked controversy by saying that President Donald Trump has an issue with “strong women,” arguing that he prefers to be around submissive and overly flattering women.
The comments made by the co-host of “The View” during a panel discussion swiftly prompted criticism from conservatives, notably Brett Cooper, a media figure and recently hired Fox News contributor.
Joy Behar’s ‘ridiculous’ assessment of Donald Trump’s views on women was brought up.
Thinking back on her previous run-ins with the president, Joy Behar said that Donald Trump singled her out when she made a joke about his hair, while men comedians who made the same jokes were unaffected.
“He dislikes powerful women a lot. The 82-year-old remarked, “He likes obedient, dutiful women who compliment him.”
Cooper, however, reacted forcefully to the charge during the Thursday, June 26 program of “Fox & Friends,” calling it “completely ridiculous.”

The 23-year-old contended, “There are strong, intelligent women throughout Trump’s entire administration.” He doesn’t want to deal with you, Joy, but it might not be because you’re a woman. It’s just that you’re Joy. It’s more about who you are than it is about being a woman.
Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence, Pam Bondi as Attorney General, Karoline Leavitt as White House press secretary, and Kristi Noem as Secretary of Homeland Security are just a few of the prominent leadership positions that Trump has regularly selected women to. As an example, Susie Wiles, the first female White House chief of staff, was also mentioned.

Cooper called Behar’s remarks “offensive” and out of touch, notably defending first lady Melania Trump.
“You’ve witnessed the amazing work she has accomplished, the books she has authored, the languages she speaks, and the fact that she actively opposes him (Trump) every day, and they still have a wonderful marriage,” the conservative pundit stated.

While the US continued its high-stakes diplomatic attempt to limit the confrontation between Iran and Israel, tensions erupted on ‘The View’ on Wednesday when the co-hosts criticised President Donald Trump for snapping at Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on social media.

Clearly irritated, Ana Navarro chastised Trump for taking focus away from international talks.
She declared, “I think it is taco loco, koo-koo crazy, for Donald Trump.” “He’s picking a Twitter battle like a teenage girl with AOC in the middle of military action against Iran, trying to get Iran and Israel to the table for a peace accord, from Air Force One en route to a NATO meeting – where he’ll try to be a statesman for the world to see.”
Trump’s Truth Social tweet late Tuesday night, in which he called Ocasio-Cortez “one of the dumbest people in Congress” and dared her to take a cognitive test—a taunt he has frequently used against his detractors—prompted Navarro’s remarks.
Behar fuelled the flames by asserting that Trump’s remarks were motivated by a profound unease with strong-willed, outspoken women. He truly dislikes powerful women, based on my observations and experience with him. He enjoys compliments from submissive, obedient women. This kind of women truly irritates him.
