After attending Covington Catholic in Covington, Kentucky, for the previous two seasons, he completed his high school education at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas. In 2022, Westlake advanced to the state semifinals. With Covington Catholic, Horn participated in a district title as a junior and a regional championship as a sophomore. Westlake finished his senior year 38-2. As a senior, I averaged 9.3 points, 5.2 assists, and 2.4 rebounds. Against Del Valle, I recorded 15 points, five assists, and four rebounds. An All-District Academic Selection received a Kentucky Provost Academic Scholarship and graduated with honours. During the spring semester of his season, he served as coach of the fifth and sixth grade teams in the Westlake Youth Basketball League.
